Flats

With the release of the generation two Pokémon, many companies got the license to create Pokémon merchandise. This led to many flats featuring lots of Pokémon, Mareep being no exception. Mareep was featured in many flat artwork, some even unbranded but many promotional in snacks like chips.

2000 BANDAI Illustrated Sticker Guide #4
Origin: Japan
An illustrated Pokémon guide sticker booklet labelled #4 in the series, based from Kikyou City to Connection Cave. The front shows Pikachu. The booklet has many stickers of different Pokémon including Mareep, Togepi, Pikachu, Charizard and Bulbasaur.

2000 GameBoy Color Sticker Sheet
Origin: Japan
A sheet featuring several stickers which could be applied to a GameBoy Color console. Mareep is featured in several stickers on this sheet along with Lugia, Mew, Mewtwo, Johto starters and several others.

2000 Shogakukan Stamp Sheet
Origin: Japan
A sheet with four different letter stampers featuring Mareep, Zubat, Wooper and Hoppip. These stamp sheets were found in various Shogukukan magazines. Mareep was featured in several different sheets.

2000 BANDAI Mary and Fluffy Card 84

2000 FLIX Tazo pog
Origin: United States
An pog from the series Flix of the Tazo line. It is a small cracker jack pog with several indents around it unlike the other Tazo pogs.

2000 Yoga Evolution Card
Origin: Italy
An Italian 3D evolution card #116 with the Mareep line. It was part of a Pokémon promotion for generation two by Yoga yogurts.

2000-2008 Ensky Amada Stickers
Origin: Japan
Square stickers released by Ensky through 2000 to 2008. There are several different variations of these stickers. The picture shows them ordered from their year of production.

2001-2018 Daiichi Pan stickers
Origin: Japan
Pokémon Pan (Pokémon Bread) is a Japanese type of snack found in grocery stores. These snacks were wrapped with Pokémon stickers, known as Pan stickers. In Japan the stickers were prized and became known as Deco-Chara Seals. There are 5 seals with Mareep.

2001 Nagatanien Big Hyper Card
Origin: Japan
A big round card page featuring some information about the Pokémon at the back. The front of the card has a shiny smooth overlay on the outline of Mareep.

2001 Topps Johto Cards
Origin: United States / France
A holographic and non-holographic Topps card from Johto series 3 (TV Animation Edition). The back of the card describes the Pokédex and information of the Pokémon.


2001 Topps Merlin Collection Stickers
Origin: Europe
Two stickers from a Merlin Collections sticker book called Stickers 2001 featuring Mareep. One of the stickers is holographic, numbered #77, and a plain sticker, numbered #15.

2001 Armable 3D Figure
Origin: Spain
A Spanish card buildable model. It can be built up to be a simple double-sided 3D card figure. These where found in chip bags in a series called Claks.

2001 Walkers Tazo Pogs
Origin: Europe
Found in Walkers chips in 2001 from the series Tazo. One of the pogs is a 3D pog with the Mareep line and the other is a flat 2D pog. The 2D pog is from the Spanish series found in chip bags.

2002 and 2006 Walkers Staks Magnet
Origin: Europe
Found in Walkers chips in 2002 from the series Staks. One is a small square red magnet and the other is a bigger 2006 magnet. These were found in chip bags.

2002 Grenada Stamp Set
Origin: Europe
A letter stamp sheet with 5 various Pokémon. The stamps are labelled as costing $1.50 each. The featured Pokémon are Mareep, Sunkern, Teddiursa, Swinub, Murkrow and Snubbull.

2003 Bandai Carddass Vending Card
Origin: Japan
A holographic card with some Pokémon information on the back, numbered #70 in the series. The card was obtained through vending machines in Japan.

2003 Pokémon Channel Nice card
Origin: Japan
A promotional plastic card for the video game Pokémon Channel. In the game, you could collect Nice Cards, 110 of them in total. The Mareep card is numbered S061.

2003 Pokémon Channel Nice Stickers
Origin: Japan
Two plain stickers featuring a 3D Mareep from the game Pokémon Channel. One of the stickers shows a running Mareep and the other a standing Mareep from the Nice Card in game.

2004 Information Sheet
Origin: Japan
An A5 information sheet with several pictures of Mareep and some information on the Pokémon. The other side of the sheet has Tentacool.

2006 Ensky #254 bromide card
Origin: Japan
A large bromide card with Mareep in a grassy plain/field. It is numbered 254 in the series and has a small flow chart of information about the Pokémon at the bottom.

2006 Edibas Lamincard
Origin: Italy
A half transparent card featuring Mareep with some information, along with attacks, strengths and weaknesses on the back.

2007 Round Pog Game Piece
Origin: Unknown
A small round pog with a purple background and Mareep. The pog only states the name and type of the Pokémon.

A pink daily calendar page from 8th August 2008 with some information on Mareep.

2008 Ensky Evolution Sticker Sheet

A holographic card sticker sheet with Mareep, Flaaffy and Ampharos stickers numbered #111 in the series.

2008 Ensky Diamond & Pearl Battle sticker
Origin: Japan
A battle sticker from Neo 4 series #171. It features several attacks and information about Mareep.

2008 Ensky Diamond & Pearl sticker

A square sticker numbered #36 in the series featuring Mareep facing to the side. The back of the sticker shows Mareep facing the front with some battle information.

2009 HeartGold SoulSilver Clear File
Origin: Japan
A promotional A4 clear file featuring many of the Johto Pokémon from HeartGold and SoulSilver games. These Pokémon include Mareep, Quilava, Girafarig, Ho-Oh, Lugia and the Legendary Beasts.

2009 Pokémon Center Johto Notebook Page
Origin: Japan
Several pages from a notebook from Pokémon Center. The original notebook featured Ho-Oh and many other different Johto Pokémon pages. The page shows Mareep with its Japanese name under it.

2009 Bandai Diamond & Pearl round card

A round card pog with Mareep on a yellow background from Volume 3 #20. The pog has some information on the Pokémon.

2010 Call of Legends Single Sample Pack

A card sample pack from the TCG series "Call of Legends" featuring Mareep. The pack is unopened. The pack contains one sample card from the series at random. There is also the promotional card from an opened pack.

2012 Pokémon Center Electric clear file
Origin: Japan
An A4 clear file with many electric type Pokémon all over it. It features many Pokémon, including Jolteon, Rotom, Zapdos, Mareep line, Elekid line, Blitzle line, Pikachu (and clones), Electrike line, Shinx line, Voltorb line and others.

2013 MegMilk Sticker
Origin: Japan
A small sticker with some information on Mareep. The sticker was found in MegMilk drinks, which are lunch milkshakes, in Japan as a Pokémon promotion.

2016 Creative Colouring Page
Origin: Europe
A page from the Creative Colouring book featuring many Pokémon in an electric environment including Mareep, Jolteon, Plusle and Minun. The page is black and white to allow colouring.

2017 Sticker Information cut out

Meiji Transparent sticker

A sticker with a transparent background featuring Mareep with its Japanese name. It came as a Meiji brand promotion.
