This strange green variation of Mareep is a Mirage plush from Taiwan. This type of plush are known as Mirages by plush collectors because it is said that only "mirages" are caught of them online. Mirage plush were made when lots of companies had the license to make Pokémon plush and they were often "bootlegs" given as prizes in vending machines.

Mareep is attached to Pikachu. The plush comes from a set of Sleeping Pikachu and friends DX (standing for the size of the plush). The tag is attached to Pikachu's hand.

2000 Tomy Reversible Plush

The plush was featured in a promotion set for the Pikachu Movie 2000. The plush has a zip running through the middle of its body. When unzipped, it can be reversed to become a regular Pokéball. Unlike the other official plush, this plush came without a tag in a gatcha ball.

A set of pyjamas released by Pokémon Center for the Pikachu's closet plush, which can be dressed up in a variety of clothes. This set features a striped pyjama set with Mareep slippers and a pillow with a pattern of Mareep. It also has a cardboard hanger holding it in place.
